Hi! I’m Eden, a certified Personal Trainer and owner of Fazfit.
I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years. Discipline, hard work, precision & technique and body awareness has been engraved into me since I was young and it has formed the way I coach today.
After I retired from gymnastics I started participating in group classes at a small gym in Woolooware. There, the founder asked me if I’d like to get into instructing and before you know it I had my Certificate III in Fitness and was instructing group classes for about 4 years.
While I was completing my HSC I was also completing my Certificate IV in Fitness (stressful I know). I would get to the gym at 5am, take the group classes until 8am, then walk to school for a full day, then walk back to the gym and study until I took the PM classes.
I worked at a few gyms doing group classes until I found my true love (1:1 Personal Training).
I created Fazfit from home with some carpet and a couple of DBs, starting with friends. Then word got out and I gradually got busier and busier, loving it more and more each time I had a client.

MY MISSION I aim to educate and empower clients with their health and training so they can build their confidence in and outside of the gym
I feel like I’m very different from your traditional PTs. I don’t focus on fat loss, I dont care about how much you weigh, I don’t want before and after photos, I don’t want to get you into the gym for a quick workout then off you go, I don’t want to exhaust you in the gym and I don’t want to waste your time.
Instead I value:

ADAPTABILITY
ACCOUNTABILITY
I want to know how you are, I want to get you PBs, I want to teach you about wellness, I want you to feel the right muscles, I want you to feel good while training and after, I want to educate you on the how and why, I want you to become so confident in training that you can eventually do so on your own!
I value authenticity. I want you to come into your session, no matter how you’re feeling, knowing that I as your coach will adapt the session to suit your needs on that day.
I believe that a Personal Trainer needs much more than just knowledge around muscles and exercises. They need to have interpersonal skills, they need to have qualities such as empathy and patience. They need to be able to read their clients and be able to adapt their sessions
THE FAZFIT TRAINING APPROACH
My approach to training is focused on mindset. I want to shift your mindset to focus on how you feel rather than how you look.
I want you to feel strong, feel energised, feel confident from the inside out. And while we are working on that, naturally, you will lose extra body fat, you will tone up, you will get fitter, you will get stronger and you will be confident.
I like to look at all areas of health such as stress, sleep, menstrual cycle etc so we can build a strong foundation. We have to make the cake before putting the cherry on top. I believe in building healthy habits that will get you results that last.
